vendor/github.com/alecthomas/gozmq/are modified to disablepkg-configon Windows. Instead, usezmq-win/build.batto build gophernotes on Windows. For convenience, prebuilt zmq dependency is included. See the Windows sections ofREADME.mdfor detail.Mingw-w64 can be used to cross-compile on Linux or Mac.
