$elemhide cannot be disabled via a counter filter flag #2103

Describe the issue

$elemhide and $generichide flags cannot be disabled via a counter filter flag like $important.

Steps for anyone to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to google.com.

  2. Open uBlock Dashboard and add these filters - @@||google.com^$elemhide and ||google.com^$elemhide,important.

  3. Go back to google.com tab page, open the logger and refresh the page.

  4. The $elemhide filter flag is still being applied even though a counter filter is present.
