Translations for all used text

A translation system is now in place. All menu items can be translated. But 
there are more text that cannot be translated right now.

We should also provide a way for the user to select a language.

Have you done anything with this Ludo? Or wanting to? Otherwise I suggest 
moving this to the next release too...

I was planning on doing something, but haven't had the chance yet due to other 
obligations. Maybe push to 3.2 indeed.

Have made most strings translatable, except some stuff like the advanced 
settings dialog, which will be replaced anyway.

Made translations for Dutch.
