Remove touch tap events #153

The onDayTouchTap prop require the react-tap-event-plugin to work, which is often blocking us to update the peer dependencies when new React versions are released. It even doesn't play well with the test suite.

Chrome's and Safari's recent updates should reduce the need of this kind of events – so I'm planning to remove the support of onDayTouchTap in the next major release.

If someone needs the touch events we can always add onDayTouchStart and onDayTouchEnd in a future release.
