Some presentation implementations I needed

Demo: SGSlideTransition + SGSidePresentationController

Used this in a project of mine to present a CNPGridMenu on top of my main view controller

Uage example with CNPGridMenu

CNPGridMenu *gridMenu = [[CNPGridMenu alloc] initWithMenuItems:menuItems];

gridMenu.transitioningDelegate = self;
