The `RepositoryController.artifact` action was throwing an exception if it couldn't find the latest version of a plugin in the database. This resulted in lots of stack traces in the log output which weren't at all useful. The action now returns a 404 instead.
The page showing a particular news item had a "Grails News Item" title, i.e. there was nothing to identify which news item was being shown. The title of the news item is now included in the page title.
There is a still a problem with less.js in that it is inconsistent in its between the client and server sides. So if the less files are in sub- directories, we see different url() paths in the css between run-app and run-war. We should revisit this once there is some sort of resolution on the following issue: less/less.js#961
