This allows the user to add GraphHopper Maps to the homescreen (currently this fails due to the missing /maps path). This should now work for all major mobile browsers on all platforms.

Plus the version is fixed and the favicon logo is now round and svg-based.

And another small improvement is that all these splashscreen pngs are not created.
