* thaterikperson-master: Add 'ordered_by_direction' option so we can sort the 'ordered_by' field. Renamed :where to :ordered_by to be a bit more clear. Prevent 'adapter does not support keyword or interpolated fragments in query' error Bump version Allow arbitrary columns to be used as the object's cursor. Use inserted_at as the cursor. Better supports objects with UUIDs.
