Payments take a day to clear ACH, so we should do like most payrolls and run on Thursday for Friday deposit.

Change payday from Friday to Thursday (#259)

Since we're still running manually (see #9), this changeset doesn't
actually enforce the policy change. It simply reflects it in the copy on
the website.
