[management] forward fetcher exceptions #1106

when something goes wrong when a fetcher is used (no credentials for example), nothing is forwarded to the ui, only a generic message : An error occurs while trying to create 1234566.

We should throw the initial message (for example : Authentication is required but no CredentialsProvider has been registered) to help the user.
