[management-api] user login oauth2 map key can not be null #1132

dear:
If I login to the portal with oauth2 and don't configure all the keys, I won't be able to login in!
for example, not config the key 【 gravitee.yml security->providers->type:oauth2-> mapping-> lastname】

could use HashMap replace Hashtable to avoid appear the empty hashtable-key error
