[management] Redesign the forms #1481

The management forms are not very beautiful.
We need to change the density of information.

This feature must only be css. The goal is not to create more forms, just beautify them

  • delete button of top APIs is hidden
  • review hints on input
  • redesign apis list and apps list
  • redesign analytics
  • Next and save buttons in wizards (plan / api) have the same style
  • Quality control: avoid tooltip and print QC failures next to the chart
  • Sub menu does not reach end of the page and ends prematurely
