[management-api] User does not have access to API even if role is settled #156

Users are authenticated using LDAP provider.
These users are using the mail LDAP attribute to connect into the portal.

When API publisher or admin user gives access or delegate administration to a LDAP user (after a LDAP search), this later is not able to see or administer the API.

According to what we are seeing in the portal, the user's identifier is based on the uid and not the mail. This may probably be the cause of the issue.
