[gateway] Do not send a 'CONNECT' request when invoking HTTP uri with an HTTP proxy #241

Currently, when an HTTP proxy is set for a given API, the gateway is always sending a 'CONNECT' request even if it's not an HTTPS request.

Some proxy does not accept this kind of request and we have to avoid sending this request in case of HTTP.
