[policy] [assign-attributes] Support for on-request-content and on-response-content #2948

Want to be able to extract data from the request body and pass them to context attrbibute.

Request content doesn't seems to be avaible.
Scenario:

  1. POST - body raw data : 123
  2. create context value myval with value of body raw data.
  3. use myval to append request url (redirect policy)

URL wasn't changed. When set Seems that request.content is null.
