[gateway] [healthcheck] need to enable https for healthcheck #649

The gateway autodetect ssl support if the endpoint use https but not the healthcheck

Expected Behavior

The healthcheck need to auto enable ssl if the endpoint scheme is https event if ssl support is not activated.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

  1. Create an api using https://api.gravitee.io/echo
  2. do not configure SSL
  3. add healthcheck
  4. in the log you should have : 11:32:58.603 [vert.x-eventloop-thread-12] [] INFO i.g.g.s.h.EndpointHealthCheck - An error occurs while running health-check request https://api.gravitee.io/echo/: Connection was closed
