[gateway] Being able to cancel request / response while working with stream #657

Currently, there is no way to cancel communication with backend from streaming policy even if there are issues from them or if you developer wants to not continue request / response handling.

One of the case is request and / or response validation: we would like to validate request content and go ahead only if content has been correctly validated, else return HTTP status 400 to consumer.
