[management-api] Contact screen to send an email to the support team #819

Activation of the support contact will be by configuration file.
The means of contact will be the email.
The template of the email will be managed like the other templates.

It will be possible to inject into this template variables from the metadata.
A default destination email will be configured in the gravitee.yml. It may be replaced by a metadata. Thus it will be possible to configure a destination email by api.

The emitter of the email will be the user who filled in the form.
If the user does not have a configured mail, he must first fill it in his profile.
The contact form will contain:

  • 1 drop-down list of user applications,
  • 1 drop-down list of the apis to which the user has access,
  • 1 text fields for the subject of the message
  • 1 text fields for the content of the message.

Only the subject and content of the message will be mandatory.
The user will have the option to check the box "Receive a copy of the email".
