Rendering of leisure=nature_reserve #200

In my opinion the representation of leisure=nature_reserve in the map is confusing. For example:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=13/47.4148/10.3952

I think it´s better to render it similar like boundary=national_park. Example:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=50.5355&mlon=6.3221#map=12/50.5355/6.3221

I agree, the current rendering looks really bad. Rendering it like national_park should be fine.

The current rendering of nature_reserve (small letters NR) is
ugly. This commit changes the rendering to the rendering for
national parks, i.e. a green dashed outline.

This solves #200.

👍 "NR" rendering is not good.

How do your changes look for nature reserves over water?
