Add rendering for attraction=summer_toboggan

It would be great to have ways with attraction=summer_toboggan rendered. Right now, most of them a additionally tagged with railway=narrow_gauge etc - which is a clear case of "tagging for the renderer". Having the proper tag rendered would solve certainly this problem.

I think we could even keep the rendering the same as railway=narrow_gauge.

Probably superfluous to say this, but if you intend to support attraction=summer_toboggan, it is probably wise to add more features of the scheme for attraction=*.

Currently, due to lack of support for this, theme parks seem to be examples of the worst kind of "tagging for the renderer", with railway=narrow_gauge etc. misused for roller_coaster and other types of "rides". Although it is not linked from either the Map Features Wiki page, or the tourism=attraction Wiki page (which seems an oversight needing correction...), there is actually a pretty well documented proposal page for attraction=*:

Also note that current practice (based on Tag Info), shows that users are probably not tagging like:

tourism=attraction
attraction=summer_toboggan

but rather only:

attraction=summer_toboggan

or maybe combined with tourism=yes or tourism=theme_park, but Tag Info doesn't really show this (I don't understand why tourism=theme_park doesn't show any combination... seems unlikely)

Tag Info doesn't even list attraction=* as a combination for tourism=attraction.

The Tag Info page for attraction=* shows people using the main proposed features of the Wiki page quite consistently:

this tag appears on only 376 (359 three months ago) ways - see ​http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/attraction=summer_toboggan but is documented at ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Key:attraction

Maybe some general rendering for tourism=attraction elements that are ways would be a better solution?
