Both the MIT and Apache-2.0 licenses require that redistributed sources contain a copy of the license text. This PR adds files that are identical to the ones in the rust-lang/rust repository.
For context: This crate is a new dependency of the
arbitrarycrate, and I am working on packaging it for Fedora Linux, where missing license files is a hard blocker.If this PR is acceptable, it would be great if you could tag and publish a new release to crates.io. Thank you!
