Using graylog-web-interface-1.0.2-SNAPSHOT-20150402161036.tgz

When opening an index in a searchs sidebar it does not open correctly. Instead of highlighting the used indices and darkening the background, everything darkens.

Move sidebar bootstrap modals to body
As we modify the sidebar's position and overflow, bootstrap modals
rendered inside the sidebar may be displayed behind the backdrop. To
workaround this, we move them to the body, so the CSS modifications
don't affect them. Fixes #1168 and #1211.
