Please allow out-of-focus updates to be an option for specific dashboards, users, or sessions. We are using the a dashboard for our system overview, but it doesn't update unless we ensure that the browser in question is selected.

Similar to graylog-labs/graylog2-stream-dashboard@4335566

Also, all widgets that get updated periodically (like the number of incoming messages at the top right) stop being updated when the window/tab looses focus. Should probably be affected by the same settings.
