Modify a dependency to something that causes a error and the script no longer works #1222

I modified a script @resource to something that is causing a 302 error and the script no longer works, I need to restart.

You need not modify an existing script, any resource that gives a 30x is treated as an error. The redirect should be followed instead.

Same behavior exists in 0.8.6. De-prioritizing this not to block 0.9.0, since it's not newly introduced behavior.
