Greasemonkey 0.9.3

Install this script (homepage)
Open AOM in new tab
Click Remove
Close AOM tab
Install this script
Open AOM in new tab
Script disabled
Requires restart of Firefox after Remove button to actually get rid of it from config.xml

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1 Dirty Profile
Greasemonkey 0.9.3

Similar to clean profile but after a few times of installing and removing the script it eventually never uninstalls

See similar reported installation issue at this topic for same script.

~/tmp cleared
System rebooted
Full OS updates already installed

I'm at a loss for what is going on without digging into the GM innards or something that I have missed.
