Either a third list for @match, or maybe better something merged into the @include list should be added. The @match rules could e. g. be prefixed by [M] or something to distinguish and when editing the value there could be a checkbox whether it should be @include or @match semantic.
When adding a new entry to the include list it should probably be a @match type entry as it is safer in regards of not matching unintended pages.

This issue should be fixed, because currently GM appears to not support @match at all since these entries aren't displayed in Script properties -> Script includes.
