Three Good Things

Three Good Things is a web app that increases happiness and psychological well-being. It helps users complete a nightly exercise of writing down at least three good things from each day, a practice that has significantly increased subjects' well-being in experimental studies [1, 2]. This app provides a space to write good things, nightly SMS reminders, and super-short surveys to help users track five aspects of well-being [3].
