This pull request adds a default value to the site description.
The site description is important to SEO. And the default value is set so that the user thinks about the value. This can be expected to improve the SEO of the user's site.

And for the Lighthouse Report, SEO is 91 points because there is no default site description. (Other items are 100 point, SEO is not 100 points alone)
This pull request can make it 100 points. The starter project will allow users to get 100 points by default.
