Is the file executable like others script? (attr -rwxr-xr-x)
Command for chmod in git: git update-index --chmod=+x path/to/file.
Command to look: ls -l, in git: git ls-files --stage.

Issue: I had to define PROJECT_STUDY_DIR_NAME=suite in study/.env to make it work in the case I dont use the explicit profiles.
How can we do differently ?
