VSCP type constants for the node.js package node-vscp-type

Install

Install with

npm install node-vscp-type

optionally with '--save' to save dependency in the package.json file.

Usage

const vscp_type = require('node-vscp-type');
...
// To get numerical value for type
console.log(vscp_type.VSCP_TYPE_MEASUREMENT_PRESSURE);

// To get symbolic value of  class/type pair
// vscp_type(vscpClass,vscpType)
// output: 'VSCP2_TYPE_VSCPD_DRV3_CONFIG'
console.log(vscp_type(65535,12));

Using this module in node-red

If you work with VSCP it is convenient to use constants instead of magical numbers when defining/sending event. Info on how to do this is available here.
