Web

1. Install node & npm
2. cd web
3. npm install
4. npm run build
5. npm run serve
6. Open http://localhost:3000
7. Enjoy

If you open web in VS Code automatic build & serve will happen, and you won't need to run anything past step 3.

Options

target query param will set an explicit date to countdown to. Must be supplied in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 extended format
