GroupDocs.Merger Cloud SDK for Java

This repository contains GroupDocs.Merger Cloud SDK for Java source code. This SDK allows you to work with GroupDocs.Merger Cloud REST APIs in your Java applications.

GroupDocs.Merger Cloud allows you to merge documents and manipulate document structure across wide range of supported document types - PDF, DOCX/DOC, PPTX/PPT, XLSX/XLS, VSDX/VSD, ODT, ODS, ODP, HTML, EPUB and many others. Merge several documents into one, split single document to multiple documents, reorder or replace document pages, change page orientation, manage document password and perform other manipulations with GroupDocs.Merger Cloud API.

Building the API client library requires Maven to be installed.

To install the API client library to your local Maven repository, execute:

mvn install

To deploy it to a remote Maven repository instead, configure the settings of the repository and execute:

mvn deploy

Refer to the official documentation for more information.

Maven users

Add following repository and dependency to your project's POM

    <name>GroupDocs Artifact Repository</name>

At first generate the JAR by executing:

mvn package

Then manually install the following JARs:

  • target/groupdocs-merger-cloud-19.10.jar
  • target/lib/*.jar

Getting Started

Please follow the installation instruction and execute the following Java code:

import java.util.*;

public class ApiExample {

    public static void main(String[] args) {
        //TODO: Get your AppSID and AppKey at (free registration is required).

        Configuration configuration = new Configuration(appSid, appKey);
        InfoApi infoApi = new InfoApi(configuration);

        try {
            FormatsResult response = infoApi.getSupportedFileFormats();
            for (Format format : response.getFormats()) {
        } catch (ApiException e) {
            System.err.println("Failed to get supported file formats");
