The child policies of
WeightedTargetLoadBalancerwill call theChildHelpergiven to them when their balancing state changes, triggering an overall update to theWeightedTargetLoadBalancerbalancing state. This overall update should not be done ifWeightedTargetLoadBalanceris already in the process of updating its balancing state as a result of receiving new resolved addresses.
