htmlmin: {
  dist: {
    options: {
      removeComments: true,
      collapseWhitespace: true
    },
    src: 'build/**/*.html'
  }
}

but with this yup,

htmlmin: {
  dist: {
    options: {
      removeComments: true,
      collapseWhitespace: true
    },
    files: [
      {expand: true, cwd: 'build', src: ['**/*.html'], dest: 'build/'},

Hey Ariel! Yes, a destination is required.

You can also do this:

htmlmin: {
  dist: {
    options: {
      removeComments: true,
      collapseWhitespace: true
    },
    expand: true,
    cwd: 'build',
    src: ['**/*.html'],
    dest: 'build/'
  }
}

I think these configuration are necessary to be on readme.
I was looking for this too. Then, I found this issue.

Or are these cwd, expand configurations are very basic thing in grunt plugins?
(Though I saw these on many grunt plugins)
