Example:

$ perlbrew list
* 5.14 (5.14.2)
$ perlbrew lib create test
lib '5.14@test' is created.
$ perlbrew use @test
$ perlbrew list
  5.14 (5.14.2)
 * 5.14@test
$ echo $PERL5LIB
/Users/rhoelz/.perlbrew/libs/5.14@test/lib/perl5/darwin-2level:/Users/rhoelz/.perlbrew/libs/5.14@test/lib/perl5
$ perlbrew off
perlbrew is turned off.
$ echo $PERL5LIB
/Users/rhoelz/.perlbrew/libs/5.14@test/lib/perl5/darwin-2level:/Users/rhoelz/.perlbrew/libs/5.14@test/lib/perl5

This can get confusing, as modules that aren't installed system-wide may appear to be.
