Implement Find/Replace

Start with the ux in Ted:

• menusitems at the top of the _Edit MenuBarItem

  • Find...
    _ Replace...

• Both pop the same FindReplaceDialog that uses Tabs. One for Find. One for Replace.

Then build the api on Editor.
