Back-merge v2.2.6 from main into develop
Update pinned Terminal.Gui version from 2.2.1 to 2.4.0 to pick up the Bind/PlatformKeyBinding namespace fix (gui-cs/Terminal.Gui#5369). Also bump base Version to 2.4.1-develop. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
