lncATLAS query not working #1
Comments
Hi hamadi1, Thanks for your interest in lncATLAS. I am on vacation for a week right now and I'll fully answer you when I am back. In the meantime though,
I quickly checked from my phone and it appears to be working fine. Again, thanks for your interest, hope we can solve it soon. David |
Dear David, Thank you for your response. I can confirm that nothing happens when I type a gene name on the text box. I am using the front page to obtain the plots. I tried with google chrome and internet explorer many times but it doesn't work. Furthermore, I should mention that it takes long time to get access to the website. It looks that there is a server problem as well. I am living in South Korea. Please tell me how to solve this issue. Thank you. Best regards. -----------------------Original message-----------------------

Title: Re: [guigolab/lncATLAS] lncATLAS query not working (#1)
Hi hamadi1,Thanks for your interest in lncATLAS. I am on vacation for a week right now and I'll fully answer you when I am back.In the meantime though,When you connect to the website and you type XIST in the text box, nothing happens? Same when you check the genes in the check-boxes?Are you using the front page to obtain the plots or using the get raw data panel?I don't think this can cause the issue but, which browser/version are you using?I quickly checked from my phone and it appears to be working fine. Again, thanks for your interest, hope we can solve it soon.David—

Hi hamadi1, I tried to reproduce your issue but unfortunately, I couldn’t. It works as expected when I test it. We had users that couldn’t connect to the website properly because the firewall of their institution was somehow blocking it. I think it may be your case too. I recommend you to try with another network and check if it works. Sorry for the inconveniences, if at some point we manage to solve it I’ll update this issue. |
Hello,
I tried out to use your valuable database for my project. However, I could not do any query.
Could you tell me please how can I solve this issue?
