New note (August 2012): I’m not using this system anymore. There are several reasons
for that. The main reason is that my Chromebook is broken: there is an hardware
problem at the connection between the alimentation cable and the computer, it still
works but it’s very hard to charge the battery and it will probably quickly become
impossible to use anymore. Also, I’ve become more and more annoyed by a few problems
such as the lack of space (I only had 5 Gio for Arch) on the SSD and the huge memory
consumption of Chrome when opening 20+ tabs. Also in my opinion Chrome OS was
becoming more and more buggy after every update (for example the new Aura desktop
made GTalk almost unusable), so I have now an eeePC with ArchLinux and a fullscreen
Chromium browser starting automatically on boot, and even if the screen is a bit
smaller, there are less problems than with Chrome OS. So I’ll not update this
anymore but you should look at one of the several forks available by [Alexandre
Gravier](https://github.com/agravier/chromarch) and [Daniel
Fullmer](https://github.com/danielfullmer/Chromiarch-OS). Thanks to you for providing
helpful feedback and fixes.

Temporary note : This file has not been updated for a few months, but I’m still using
this hybrid Chrome OS / Arch Linux system everyday. There are a few other problems
that I haven’t solved yet, in particular the latest version of `agetty` and `udev` do
