Decide if want to update or delete `compilation.md`

Currently the file hasn't been updated in a while, and it's misleading.

I personally think that it should be deleted, but we might be better off with updating it.

Hmmm,
I wouldn't call the file misleading, as the instructions there still apply, they just don't include anything that is not must-have (e.g python / expat support).

I might update the file sometime soon though
