better behavior when getaddrinfo returns multiple addresses #208

If getaddrinfo returns more than one address, the HTTP proxy implementation of H2O should:

  • use a round-robin to determine the one to which the proxy should connect
    • note: at the moment, the first entry is always selected
  • try to connect to the second (or third, 4th, ...) address if the first one fails

7a53a65 does the minimum (just random selection, no true round robin, no retry)
