How does this work in practice? E.g. if I wanted to "translate" this from an Apache config:

SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV "development"

@utrenkner Sorry, its still wip.

Once implemented, it would be something like

setenv:
  APPLICATION_ENV: "development"

EDIT. updated the example above to reflect the changes in the PR.
