This will be pretty useful going forward to let people know when patch, minor, and major changes have occurred.
It will also make it easier to say which version of this script works/doesn't work, etc.

Yeah, that's the plan. I'm going to tag a release- probably just calling it 4.0 since all the other "releases" were directly with the main project and then going on our own development schedule moving forward.

I've got a new method for concatenating styles (one that should work transparently on top of the @import method) that I want to get in to handle the two CSS files in the main project. Other than that I've just got some cleanup to do and could have a proper release soon. It'd be worth it just for the feature-filled changelog.

Sounds good! Although, I'd probably just go with starting at 1.0.0 rather than jumping in at 4.0.0.

roblarsen commented Aug 30, 2012

that's an option. It makes sense, but on the other hand it does seem weird to have this come in at 1.0 since it's pretty mature.

And with that, I'm done with everything I can actually do. I'll get some people to test and then hope someone comes through on #105 and #94 (for the Mac)

If not, I'll just push them out to a later date and call it a release.

And 1.0 is merged into master. I'm going to write up a post announcing the release and will track over the next couple of days to see if any issues pop up. After that 'll then zip it up and boom, publish and done.

What's the status, Rob? Have you got a post yet or a tweet you want sent out from H5BP? We should let people know when you're ready :)

roblarsen commented Feb 20, 2013

I've got a blog post done already and it seems like it's pretty stable so we can publicize it. Nothing major has shaken out since it's been merged into master.

Sending it out from the h5bp account would be cool.
