Currently the build script supports Javascript documentation generation using JSDOC3, which is cool, but I'd love to have all of my other documentation automatically built too.

I haven't really thought about implementation too much (just wanted to capture this idea before I forgot about it), and I'm not too familiar with the auto-generated documentation landscape, but I think doxygen would be a good place to start as it can handle a bunch of languages.

Although, I'm not sure if this falls outside of the scope of H5PB since it provides more than just front-end languages...

I'm down. We definitely have a lot of people using php with this, so adding PHP doc support, for example, would be a no-brainer.
