Add placeholder text to index.html #1165

Quite often, I see people mentioning that they can't tell if HTML5 Boilerplate is "working" when they first download it, because the index.html file renders as a blank page.

It might be nice to include a little bit of "Hello world" text in there initially. Thoughts?
