Add several option to improve iOS web apps with meta tags when adding a web page to the Home Screen.

This PR closes #1352.

Feedback would be awesome :)

LGTM!

Have you tested whether iOS devices request /apple-touch-startup-image by default (even without the corresponding <meta>; i.e., only <meta name="apple-mobile-web-app-capable" content="yes"> in the HTML)? Last time I tested this, they didn’t, but that was like 3 major iOS versions ago.

Will test this tomorrow and ship then.

Thanks for the feedback!

Merged in 52f1708.

I've tested automated loading of the startup image. It does not work for me on iOS 6. Here is my test. I've also added a test where the app-capable meta-tag isn't set, just for future testing.
I've tested apple-touch-startup-image.png, apple-touch-startup-image.jpg and startup.png (this is what Apple uses in their official docs).

Oh, and I haven't added this to the CHANGELOG since I don't think the changes to the docs should appear there. Any policy on that?
