Almost every part of the program has some kind of display corruption: the programs and samples views partially overwrite each other, username and password entry is just two boxes with no description, coding doesn't update for backspace, displays visual glitches. Amongst other things.
Further, whilst hackety hack is running other programs start to exhibit corruption - not redrawing icons or window titlebars etc. This stops when hackety hack is shut. I haven't seen this before for any other program.
Windows Vista 32-bit, Intel 945 Graphics Card on Sony Vaio, up to date with Windows and Sony drivers.
If it's related, the first run of the program crashed when clicking next for the first time in the tutorial (closed unexpectedly).
Ugh. Windows Vista and Shoes do not play nicely together sometimes, apparently.
