Upgrade emotion to latest version across all packages #526

What

As noted in #518 we have at least two versions of emotion in different packages: 10.0.6 and 10.0.9. We can take out 馃惁馃惁 with 馃拵 by updating emotion to the latest version for all packages.

Why

Having multiple versions of a package can cause issues, and it's best practice
