Work in progress, don't merge yet.
HP complains:
POLICY ERROR: no matching provides "cmd:DllPlugInTester_x86" for "bin/DllPlugInTester-x86"hovewer it is defined in PROVIDES section.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
