Releated Record: hail-is#14362 Operations following `make_table` fail with `ClassTooLargeException` when one tries to make a `Table` from a `MatrixTable` with more than a modest number of columns. Users should use `localize_entries` for a more efficient means of creating talbles from matrixtables.
